Dr. Heather Donato, one of the original owners and co-founders of McDonald Murrmann 360°, is dedicated to more personalized and patient centric obstetrical care.

Dr. Donato and her team of experienced nurse practitioners are here to give you the support and state of the art obstetrical services you need to help you navigate the world of pregnancy, parenthood, and post-partum life.

We offer pre-conceptual counseling, “green” pregnancy advice, state of the art ultrasound imaging, 3-D ultrasound pictures, and genetic testing. All combined with qualified health care practitioners to guide you on your joyful new path!

Preconceptual Counseling

Detox before you get pregnant! The foods that we eat and the products that we use can impact our toxic load. With preconceptual counseling, learn what you should clean up and/or clean out prior to conception. Let us help you plan ahead to ensure the healthiest of outcomes for both you and your baby.

Sneak Peek Ultrasounds

Get a sneak peek of your precious little one and possibly learn the gender of your baby as early as 16 weeks! The “Sneak Peek” Obstetrical Ultrasound is an elective service for 16 to 19 week patients. A pre-scheduled 15-minute appointment is required, but a doctor visit is not required unless it coincides with your scheduled obstetrical appointment. An attempt will be made to see the gender if requested, but there is no guarantee that this can be determined.

Factors that may affect good image quality include but are not exclusive to:

  • Fetal position
  • Maternal weight
  • Uterine fibroids

Postpartum Consulting

Postpartum consulting should be part of a woman’s post-pregnancy priority. After delivery, a woman’s body goes through complex hormonal changes that may impact her physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing.

Hormones should work together as a hormonal symphony. If one hormone is off balance, the others will not work or function as they should. Pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and/or lack of sleep can impact your hormones.

As a result, new moms may experience mood changes, worsening insomnia, difficulty concentrating, hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and more. Struggling with incontinence? Be sure to ask about Emsella!

Make an appointment with one of our Integrative GYN providers to discuss your symptoms and to evaluate your hormones – let us help you get your hormonal symphony back on track!
