With over 25 years of experience in medical services and administration Rola has helped medical providers grow their services and abilities to treat the patients that need them the most. 

As the CEO of McDonald Murrmann Center for Wellness and Health 360°, Rola is passionate about providing comprehensive medical and aesthetic care for women in Memphis. Rola strives to ensure patients receive the best care possible and that doctors are able to practice medicine in an environment that yields the greatest results. 

She has incorporated more offerings that benefit women’s overall wellness and supported the growth of McDonald Murrmann Center for Wellness and Health as it has expanded to the Center for Laser & Aesthetics along with the Center for Body Contouring.

Wendy Mink

Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner 

Wendy Mink is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years of nursing experience. She has nursing experience in cardiology, internal medicine, and infectious disease. Wendy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008 from Baptist College of Health Sciences and then earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Spring Arbor University in 2018. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Wendy is passionate about preventative care of all ages and adolescent gynecology including contraception education and management. She also specializes in obstetric care, managing routine and high-risk pregnancies. Wendy enjoys taking trips in her RV with her husband, daughter, and their dog. She also enjoys spending time at Pickwick Lake. Other hobbies include photography, reading, outdoors activities, and volunteering at her daughter’s school.

Kelly Gardner

Sexual Wellness Specialist 


Kelly joined McDonald Murrmann in 2006 as part of our clinical team and has learned from all our doctors. She was initially involved with more with OB care but has transitioned into treating patients as they go through the hormonal changes in their life-cycle. As McDonald Murrmann Center for Wellness and Health has grown, Kelly has grown along with our practice as part of our management team as well as focusing on the sexual wellness of our patients and the many ways that we have to support that - Thermiva (vaginal rejuvenation), V-Fit, supplements and Hormone Replacement Therapy injections, just to name a few. Kelly, a mom to 6 grown children, 2 Siamese cats, and Nanato 9 grandchildren enjoys, exercising – especially water activities and spending time with her family.

Melanie Mays

Registered Nurse
Nutrition and Wellness Specialist

Melanie recently joined our team as a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and helps with our Weight Management Program and IV Therapy. She has been a nurse for over 28 years, working in the local ER for 18 years as manager of Emergency Services for 7 years.  Melanie is passionate about educating patients and helping others improve their health from the inside out.  “It’s so rewarding to see the results. Educating patients and seeing the smile on their face every time they come back and they are a little better, a little healthier, and a little more informed than the last time I saw them- it’s such a great feeling.”  Melanie was born and raised in Memphis and currently lives in Lakeland with her husband. She has two sons and in her free time enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending time with her French bulldog, Gigi.

Jennifer Hudson

RN– Clinical Manager

Jennifer Hudson has joined our team as Clinical Manager. She earned her RN and BSN from Memphis State and California State universities and comes to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge in nursing management and education. Throughout her career she has worked for Baptist, Stern and Vascular Interventional Physicians just to name a few. Jennifer, a mom to 2 grown children and 1 spoiled cat, enjoys competitive pinball, singing in her church worship team, cooking, binging the latest shows and hanging out with friends.

Alexa Jesko

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Alexa Jesko is a board- certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about working with women throughout their life stages — from teens seeking to make choices about contraception to peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women looking for hormone replacement therapy. She loves creating a comfortable space for patients to speak freely about their concern sand supporting them to reach their health and wellness goals.  Alexa received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Emory University with a specialty in Women’s Health.  As a strong advocate for patient education, Alexa focuses on preventative health care and healthy lifestyle choices. She recognizes each patient is unique and believes in individualized care that extends beyond lab values and statistics. Alexa is originally from Austin, Texas but her and her husband made Memphis home in 2021. When she isn’t caring for her patients, Alexa enjoys traveling, Pilates and spending time with her family, friends, and the world’s most spoiled doodles, Chunk and Bandit.

Ginger Gregory

Body Contouring 360 Specialist  

Ginger Gregory is the McDonald Murrmann Center for Body Contouring 360° Specialist. She is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician that specializes in all things health, wellness, and body contouring. Her passion comes from within and believes that overall 360 health comes from nutrition and movement— benefiting heart health, physical health, and emotional health. Ginger is a coach for Beachbody and specializes in EMSCULPT NEO, EMTONE, and EMSELLA energy devices for body contouring and pelvic health.

Marlea Boyd

Women’s Health Physician Assistant 

Marlea Boyd is a Certified Physician Assistant (PA) with over 7years of experience practicing in both OBGYN and General Surgery. Originally from Virginia, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science in 2012, before graduating from James Madison University in 2016 with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Marlea and her husband moved to Memphis from Maryland in 2019 and have quickly made it home.  

Marlea is passionate about Women’s Health and strives to create a comfortable environment for patients. She feels that patient education is one of the most important aspects of the patient experience and she specifically makes sure to spend time addressing her patients’ concerns and explaining their medical issues and treatment options to them.  

It is important to her that patients understand their medical care and feel involved in the medical decision-making process. In her spare time Marlea enjoys listening to music, cooking, spending time with her husband, and cheering on the Memphis Grizzlies at the FedEx Forum.
